real time sound to change video speed (win)

hello so im trying to use real time sound to change the speed of the bpm, so i can use my audo inferacne at shows to speed up or slow down my projectors. any ideas on how to do this on windows i know make has Waveclock but i cant find one like that for windows. i wont have time to sit and beat match all of the visuals, but i would like a more automated way even if its not fully correct. please let me know if there is an effect or a external software i could use.
