Resolume Forum

I've recorded a bunch of MIDI CC clips in Ableton Live that I want to route into Resolume somehow (to mess with layers and effects and what have you) - but how would I go about doing this?

Is this at all possible?

Any help on the subject would be much appreciated.

Having searched a bit around I guess it should be possible with some creative MIDI routing. I'll try to see if Bome can do it.

On mac just add a port to the IAC device in Midi studio, and set it up as output in ableton and input in Resolume.
On PC get loopMidi from here: https://www.tobias-erichsen.de/software/loopmidi.html to set up a virtual midi device, and set it as output in ableton and input in resolume.

you can also do this between to computers, via the network midi, and trpimidi: http://www.tobias-erichsen.de/software/rtpmidi.html over ethernet.
