so you are logged in as normal user, and start resolume by right-click run as administrator?

so here is what i found out
win 10 preinstal at new comp - you are ask to create administrator account for using the system. once installed, you have admin rights. but, you are not total admin of everyything, there is a hidden real admin acc. run cmd, write "net user administrator *, set the password, confirme password, then write net user administrator /active:yes. New one will appear, check switch account, there is a new user. this is real admin i think, but the thing is there are no win app running after this one without changing registry, thats what im not going to do.
final - u cant run arena as real admin without changing reg to acces all win app. this explain my prob i thing. simply not running it as admin.
