3x3 video array and DMX

I am looking to create a 3x3 array with 9 TVs using Arena. I have no idea where to start with the hardware side of this. Any suggestions?
I am also needing to send DMX to addressable LED flex strips. I've looked into Showjockey equipment, but I'm really needing guidance from someone who has interfaced this kind of system.
