Hello,

Is there a way to view my serial number within Resolume? When I go to the registration section I have the option to deregister my device but the serial number section is blank.

Hi !

I have a more involved challenge :

I administer 6 Resolume machines which were set up by a person who is no longer available for comments.

Each of the 6 machines runs a Resolume instance which was once registered using one of the 6 serial numbers listed in my online account.
Whilst I can see all of my 6 serial numbers in the online account, there's no way of knowing which machine has been registered with which serail number.

Thus :
Is there a way, using each individual machine, to find out which serial number was used to register the Resolume instance running on it ?

Please advise.

There is, but only with Resolume 6 licenses. You should see your registered machine names below your Resolume 6 license.

With earlier versions it's not possible to see in your account which serial number is assigned to a specific machine.

Thanks, but that is not exactly what I'm asking about.

BTW : All 6 machines run pre-v6 Arenas (v5.0.1) and Avenues (v4.5.1).
Thus : I don't expect to find 'Machine ID per Serial Number' info in my online control panel.

I am hoping there's a way to find out/display the serial number on each actual machine which runs each instance.

The serial numbers can't be shown on your machine unfortunately.
