Two MIDI controllers

So I hooked up my APC40 mk2 and my launchpad only to find out you cant run two controllers!
Any workaround to this? Would like to use my launchpad to trigger clips since there are more buttons and then use the knobs on the apc.

If you have a programmable controller like mpd232 you can use un-used midi notes that your other controller doesn't use. Kinda lets you take 2 and make one big one. Another idea that I haven't gotten around to trying so it's "experimental", is run a X-keys product like the XK-80. It doesn't send midi notes but works kinda like a launch pad just no RGB and velocity.
Side note I don't think resolume uses usb-b channels.

Resolume can take multiple midi sources with ease. What's handy for some but a problem for most is that resolume doesn't care what source sends the signal it just cares about the n and c values. So if your midi controllers send the same signal resolume sees them as the same.
I use bomes, it takes two sources and allows translating so one controller can send out new notes.
