Resolume sending 3 midi note on messages when clip triggered

I've been seeing an issue where Resolume will send 3 identical Midi Note On messages when a clip is triggered. Is this normal behavior? I confirmed that I only have one button mapped to the clip. I am only receiving a single Midi Note Off when the clip is ejected.
Thanks,

does this cause any problems with your controllers?

The problem is it is interfering with a bit manipulation setup i'm working on with Bome's. The three note on's confuses the translators and prevents my LEDs from staying lit. I'm looking for alternative logic to use for this, but my main question is if triple note output behavior is expected and normal...

Any one else know why this happens or a workaround?

Have looked a bit into this.
I get 2 Note on messages when I push a key (send a note on), I get another Note On output on key release (send note off).
I get a Note Off from Resolume when the clip is disconnected.
When I disable 'Update Clip panel on External triggers' in Preferences/General, I only get 1 Note On on key push, and one on key release on clip launch, and one Note Off on clip eject.
This seems to be consistent in Resolume 4 too.
Check out the
Resolume 6 beta, the midi feedback has improved a lot.

Thanks for the tip about the clip setting. that seemed to fix the problem with double notes out. i'll sacrifice auto scroll to view for LED feed back between 4 grid toggles.
Thanks.
