Multiple Output Graphics Card

I'm looking for advice for the best card to get multiple outputs from a PC, in an ideal World I'll need a min of 3 outputs but if there is one that can do 5 or 6 that would be great.
Or if there is a better setup suggestion that would be great.
Thanks in advance.

Ive been using a 1070 to get 4 outputs. Usually 2 control monitor, 1 to LED wall processor and 1 to Projector. I recently added a Decklink duo 2 that can do 4 more outputs but I have not used it for that yet only camera inputs.

Nvidia GPUs have 4 outputs.
AMD GPUs have 6 but most of the cards available will only let you access the #5 & #6 via a Display Port MST hub.
A few cards out there have 8 outputs such as Nvidia NVS810 but they might not be the most appropriate for intensive calculations.
You can augment your output capacity by using 3rd-party graphics adapters such as Matrox and Datapath units to outputs into 3 or 4 outputs per output.
You can also use capture cards to get up to 8 SDI outputs per card (Decklink Quad2).
