Hello people,
Has anyone here used Resolume with a Robe Spiider in full channel mode? On a ChamSys? Any tips greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Paddy

Chamsys makes artnet merge difficult with multihead fixtures sometimes. The key point is setting the merge in your patch and artnet input.

I haven't with the Spiiders. We have about 50 of the Spiiiders in my shop I can test with if you're having problems, just let me know.

I've used Aura's and Q7's a lot, but all of those go through a MA2 which does the artnet merging.

@ elbundo, you're talking about controllig the RGB values of the 19 pixels independently on channels 33-90 and controlling all the other parameters using a lighting console, right?

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply.
Yes, I would like to control the RGB values of the 19 pixels. I suppose it would look a bit random as they are set up in a strange formation, but could be interresting.
the tour is over now, but i would welcome any feedback on this.

Cheers,

Paddy

Are you, or the LD, going to be patching said Spiiders?
You're looking at 91 or 110 channels per fixture.
These fixtures get out of control in their channels in no time haha.
