Projectors changing ports while powering on/off

Hi!
I have one issue, arena with five projectors, and this is permanent installation. So pc is on for whole time, but at end of workday projectors are powered off and when powered next time windows recondize them and mix up ports, eg slice 1 is on 4th, 2 on 5th etc......so i need to restart windows to get back everything as it should. I could pass this by restarting pc everytime projectors are powered on, but pc is installed in separate room and only remotly controlled, which give me idea to when sending power on signal to projector from main network controller, to send some string to pc to so it does restart......
But, is there any way that arena can "remember" projectors and while they been powered it put them in same output as they were on set up, as this would save me a lot of time.
