I have a absen video wall with resolution(3mx2.5m) 768x 640 I need full display on screen. I know first step aspect ratio is 1.2

I am using image pro what resolution I should send from computer to image pro the from image pro novostar controller.

I am learning at moment free hand.

What do you mean?
novastar controller seems to be an scaler/led-controller/sending-card, we can't tell you what resolution configuration setting up in novastar and computer. I recommend to you learn a little bit about your hardware, you can't think how to configure resolume or any other software before that.
(Has novastar a scaler in chain?What is doing in that process? is the output properly configured to your screen size? what input resolution/refresh rate you set up? Match that your computer screen configuration? etc.)
Try to undestand how your equipment works, and give us some info about that.
