Resolume AV6 crashing on opening

Hi,
I have just purchased Resolume Avenue 6. I downloaded and installed the app. it was running fine for about 2 minutes. Then I realised I needed to register my product so as not to get the logo coming up.

When I tried to do so the program crashed. Since then every time I tried to open it the program crashed immediately, so I can't even open it at all.

I looked at the system requirements and I mine meet the requirements for the system. Please see below:

Processor Name: Intel Core i7

Processor Speed: 2 GHz

Number of Processors: 1

Total Number of Cores: 4

L2 Cache (per Core): 256 KB

L3 Cache: 6 MB

Memory: 8 GB

Boot ROM Version: MBP112.0138.B16

SMC Version (system): 2.18f6

I am in the process of updating my operating software to Sierra 10.13.3 to see if that helps.

Please help, this is my first time with this software and I need it to to work for a gig in two week.

Upgrading to Sierra should also help. but if you don't want to, you can revert to Resolume 6.0.0.
This is an issue that only happens on some OSX versions, and will be fixed in the next release.
In the meantime you should be able to register, and use Resolume with version on 6.0.0.
You can find the 6.0.0 installers on https://resolume.com/download/
scroll down to the bottom of the page and look for a combobox that says "Select version..." .
