Output Seperate Layer Audio?

Ive got a client who wants to play 4 videos at the same time with each audio going through a seperate PA. Is there a way of outputting audio from each layer?

What I personally use in projects like this, is I sync up a Ableton live via midi with Resolume. I send a note to Resolume from Ableton to trigger columns.
You can use any other DAW, that plays audio to a multi channel sound card and can output midi.
