Thoughts on Razer Ripsaw

I saw a Razer Ripsaw capture device at a local store. Do they work with Resolume? I know Magewell,Blackmagic Design, AVerMedia and AJA products are really good. But I'd like to know more about other brands and how they work with Resolume.

My thoughts about Gaming Capture Cards:
They are made to pickup a signal in the middle of the Conection between Screen & Source.
What do they do when you dont have a Screen pluged to the output?
- Signal Resolution
- Edid Detection of the Card
- What about HDCP if you want to capture a protected source (Mac Output
)
But the EDID is the Main point!
Thats what some1 need to try out =)
