the ability to copy effect stacks from clip to clip would be awesome for layers as well

You are aware that you can copy single effects from clip to clip or comp to clip or were ever you want them.?

Just to make sure that you only want to have this option for multiple effekts at once.

Yes one at a time, that i know, but the new ability to copy the "effect stack" from clip to clip is awesome! But it's not a available option for the Layers,

Not sure if "copy/paste effects stack in layers" is a feature yet, but you can always duplicate the layer (which copies all the effects into a new layer) then overwrite with your wanted clips.
