Black Screen Output with computers Hp

hi! I have a problem with the output on the extended screen. I've tried with Arena 5 and Arena 6. And the two versions make black screen when I pulse "full screen" or also when I press "advanced" and select my screen. When changing the screen settings in windows, my video is shown on the screen, but I just modify something in my slice, a new black screen appears ...
This problem happens to me with two different new computers. Both HP, windows 10. At first I thought it was a problem with the graphics card, but I have changed my computer and I have the same problem. I have tried to update the graphic card, I have tried different screens, hdmi cables, etc. Would you know what the problem is? Thank you.
