Is rearranging layouts locked to the screen resolution? I have 1 location where the control monitor is 1600x900. If I try and rearrange the interface according to the attachment, it tells me "the panel doesn't fit" if I try and put "files, compositions, effects and sources" at the bottom left third of screen.

If I create the layout on a 1080p monitor and copy the XML file over the the PC with lower resolution monitor, I can select the layout and use it just fine.

Edit: Actually attached the layout

The panels require a minimal width and height, so they can show the necessary controls.
When you move a panel to a slot where this can't be guaranteed, then you'll see this Panel Doesn't fit message.
