Performance with Design Generatif

Hello everyone (sorry i'm french, i do my best).

I'm using Resolume Arena 5, everything work good except than:

- My 32g RAM / QuadCore 4gh / EVGA GeForce GT 740 2GB (i have a second one 4GB) Macintosh can't exceed 60fps, and when i activate output, i drop to 30fps, whatever how many external screen is used (i tried with 2 vp).

I dont use any video/image, i'm only using source and effect to create animation that react to sound (and dj using kinect), i wondering if it's my use of Resolume that is heavy for my computer.
I have some animations that drop to 20fps, sometimes less, and my cpu never exceed 20%, my RAM is sleeping and my graphics same.

Is it possible to allow more ressource to Resolum? I saw on SMode, than basically, a simple animation is running > 500fps, and then, reduced with each effect added. There is also a "on air" mode.
I saw on Resolume that, the simple fact to open video clip tab on a clip is droping 3-6fps.

I tried to run my compo on my laptop with no success : QuadCore 2.2gh / 16g RAM / Sh*t Intel Graphic 512
So i'have no choice to move my computer (with screen, keyboard and mouse).

Is someone have idea for a lighter setup (like small/smart computer box, ...)? Or tips to enjoy more fps? Or something i missing?
Thank for reading.

It's simply your GT 740 graphics card ;) ...try to get your hands on a nvidia "gtx" model from the past 3 years. That will boost your performance!

Best wishes

I cant, my Macintosh is a hand-made, and i tried to install cg using Nvidia Driver with no success.
I will see if i can SLI my two cards, that would improve my cg perf?

SLI or Crossfire is not supported. You can only extend the amount of physical video outputs of your system with a second card. You will NOT get any performance boost.

I'm sorry... but to get better performance... you'll need a better graphic card.

Ho!
Ok, thanks for explanation and precisions.
I'll check last cg installed on last mac.
If i update my os i could install new cg avoiding useless nvidia drivers.
