2 Cameras at the same time

Hi everybody,
I'm using Arena 5 and want to include 2 Cameras at the same time. One will be directly at the Win Laptop, the other one in front of the stage.
My thought is to run the one on the stage with an HDMI to CAT Converter back to the FOH and then convert it back to HDMI. The second Camera is next to the laptop.
1. What possibilities do I hvae to use the 2 Cameras at the same time? How do I get those 2 to play in Arena?
It will be shown on an LED Wall. The Idea is that in the middle of the wall a Video is shown, and left and right from that the 2 cameras will show a live feed. Sometimes both cameras, sometimes just on (then on both sides 1 feed).
2.Is there any chance a keyboarder will start the video from stage per click?
