Outputmess

Hi,
I am trying Arena to see if I can use it for mapping my visuals created in Magic. I am sending the output to a three projector setup in prortrait orientation, so the output resolution is 3240 x 1920. The problem I could not solve is: Resolume does not recognize these three projectors correctly.
In detail: I have a GeForce GTX 1080 and have a main UHD monitor and three FullHD projectors attached. These show up in the NVidia control panel correctly and I can use them in Magic without any problem. Also MadMapper works correctly.
Resolume lists the projectors in the output menu correectly. But when I click "Identify Displays" it shows projector #1 correctly, but #2 and #3 are both shown on projector #3, so display #2 is routed to projector #3. Consequently when trying to map my input in Advanced Output all the outputs are messed up. No matter which dislpay I choose in Scene output it is always only sent to projector #3.
What is wrong?

Thanks for help
Reinhard

Please try setting the Windows display scaling to 100% for every display, and let us know it it helps.
Thanks!

Now I set all to 100%. Before the UHD-screen was 150%, the three projectors were 100% already. But it does not help at all.
Thanks

After a restart it now seems to work better. I will check if everything is ok now.
But it is very hard to work with the UHD screen now. This actual version of Windows 10 does not allow any more for choosing font size.
Thanks
Reinhard

Changing the actual resolution from 4k to 1920x1080 could help with that.

Having said that, we’re working very hard on ironing out these scaling hiccups. Hopefully on the 6.0.8 update, you will be able to scale your main monitor to whatever size you prefer again.
