Not sure what’s going on but if I trigger a clip like an intro with audio the slider will go from start to finish but the video jumps from random spots. Please help!

Also if I drag a timeline slider it scrolls through the video in random spots. This and above comment do not happen in the preview monitor!!

Does this happen with all your AV files? Are these files DXV?

If you have trouble playing specific clips, you can send them to us so we can check them out.
Also a screen recording of the issue helps us better understand what you're seeing.

Yes it’s all my files that are DXV3 with audio. If I delete the audio track it works fine. Here is a YouTube link of my issue.

First video is with audio removed from the cop properties and my first cue point I trigger is the words “I’ve been reading books of old”
2nd video is the same with audio and I trigger the same cuepoint but it’s off. Also you see the first portion of the audio clip play and then it resets it self back from the start but doesn’t fix if the cue point is triggered

I can't recreate on my machines.
What I did was I had an AV clip, where I set the cue points, and made a duplicate of this clip.
then deleted the Audio track from one of these clips.
How did you create the 2 clips?

Do the clips play fine when you launch them normally, not using the cue points?

Please send us the composition and the file you use in your recording.
Thanks!

This might be the lastest Windows 10 update. It didn’t do this before I installed the update. Video works fine in Alley. They are both the same clip. The first one played just had its audio removed

Where do I send my comp + file? mail@resolume.com?

I can't think of any way how a windows 10 update could affect playback in Resolume in this manner.

Yes, you can send your comp and file to mail@resolume.com.

Oaktown reported a similar issue where launching a clip the clip played about 5 seconds then started over again, and the issue was just gone after a restart.
That's why I asked if the clip plays fine when you leave it playing.

I’ve been rendering audio to wav files and then dragging them to clips. I’ve found it more stable, try that.
