Critique Me? I need help?

Hey friends -
SO - I've been learning all this stuff by reading and videos and trial and failure. I Believe I have gotten my composition as far as I can without outside input (even though I had a bunch of outside input already!)

I'm longing to actually be creative with my setup, instead of trying to make all the pieces work - so I'm looking to see if anyone out there in the forums would be willing to check out where I've gotten, what I'm trying to do, and streamline the process for me. I had everything up and working using MadMapper to control my LEDs and my different output transformations - but once I figured out how to run LEDs on Arena, and am slowly comprehending Slice Transforms, I know It's all doable here. It would be naive of me to think I can do it all on my own where there's such a helpful group of folks in the forums - that are MUCH smarter than I!

Mind you, I'll be performing, not actively VJing, so I am trying to make things as streamlined as possible.

I have ten drums. One Background screen. I can trigger ten different midi notes with the drums (transpose able through ableton and OSC) I want to be able to have a few different looks:

1. One video layer on all ten drums 'spread out, the LEDs' and also on the rear projector.
2. one video Layer 'mirrored' on each of the ten drums, the LEDs and also on the rear projector
3. Independent layer of the LEDs, regardless of the video.
4. Control of each drums' effects via MIDI while one clip is playing on it/ under it.

The goal is to be able to switch between pre-programmed and live interactive. Audience is corporate and private parties - things that people won't be paying 100% attention to me.

I would love any help. I know there's no "right way" to do any of this - so I appreciate everyone's input. I'll buy Starbucks if you help? ;) (note, you wont offend me. you can say anything!)

-Vince
