Media Manager Mac Lockups

On a Macbook Pro 15 inch mid 2014 running high sierra (16 gb ram, i7 750m geforce) using Resolume 6.0.7 and as soon as I open the Media Manager it locks up without ever finding a single clip. Same deck on the comp file on the windows side seems to work. Anyone else having this problem?
