A short question for the developers; How about Flash video support in resolume?

What exactly do you mean by that?
A flash file containing a video does work doesn't it?

i guess, he wants to play flv videos directly.

Yeah thats what i mean with flash video not a swf containing video but the source video " flv " files directly into resolume

but arent those formats suited for streaming video?? imo it would be best to convert them to a AVI file, unless there is any reason you cant do that.

those flv's do support streaming.

but still, what are the benefits of flv support?
the flv-codec (sorenson spark) has a good compression (not needed for vjing) but consumes a lot of cpu-power for decompression (bad for vjing).

you could use avi instead, which has a much wider range of codecs, thus being more flexible!
