Clear deck??

I haven't upgraded to 2 yet (still running 1.5 while i build my new computer), but I'm concerned that i don't see a clear deck button or reference to that feature in any of the documentation.
Is this gone now? If so, I might have to wait even longer to upgrade. I was hoping that someone would make it one of the functions that you could assign a keyboard-shortcut to. I'd love to be able to hit escape or something and have it clear everything.
I use clear deck in about 75% of my set when performing with bands in order to do a hard stop that coincides with the music.
Can you bring it back? I understand if the interface is full, but could you sneak it in as a keyboard only function? Or at least assignable as one? Please?
