Blackmagic Duo 2 No outputs in advanced output

Hello,

I'm trying to get a Blackmagic Duo 2 to work with my rig in Avenue to get more outputs than my card can provide.

My system is a Ryzen 1700, GTX 1080 with a 370X chipset. I have the Blackmagic card in a slot and the software installed (10.10). I have already set the SDI ports as described in the forums with the utility and closed out of all other programs that could use the Blackmagic card. The SDI's are connected to SDI-3g to HDMI adapters (not blackmagic, but I havent heard of branding causing significant issues).

At this point there are not any outputs recognized in Avenue. Anything else you can think of before I send the adapters back and try Blackmagic adapters?

Thanks Everyone

You need to add the output in advanced output. It doesn’t show up like a monitor. Sdi just sends out it doesn’t know if anything is connected in resolume.

You may also need arena, I’m not sure if it’s supported in avenue.

Output cards are not supported in Avenue.
You need Arena for that.
