keep aspect ratio of images

hi!

i've a lot of vertical photos, and resolume always distort the image
to fix all the screen.
is possible keep the aspect ratio on jpg images? to keep the real apparence of the pictures?

Hi

Try this

Resize the image to the output res..ie if your original image is 643 x 345..resize image in photshop so that hte 345 width goes to 480.. make sure to keep the "constraints" on..[ the pictures width will then be larger than 640] you will then need to crop your image to 640 x 480 if that is your output screen res.. In short all input images should b the same as output from res...if they are not the program forces them to the screen output..

first thanks coz ur help.

i tried it but dont works... i've big digital pictures and i resize to my out res (1024x768).. but resolume always enlarge the horizontal to fix all the screen and distort the picture.

:-??? any other idea?

Paste them into a 4:3 black area, or cut em 4:3. Presuming you are using a 4:3 aspect ratio.
