BPM Sync for toggle parameters

As far as I can tell currently there is no support for any automation of toggle parameters.

Leave the effect on, and switch its opacity to BPM sync. Open the envelope, and set it to start at 0%, then set a point halfway down the graph at 100%. Right click it and switch it to "Hold"
