A/B Groups only Crossfade Out if on B

Hey everyone, seen this issue the past few versions. Anything in Crossfade Group A doesn't fade out when crossing over to B, but B fades out when crossing over to A. Its been a persistent issue the last 3-4 versions.
Running Windows 10 1709 (build 16299.309), K5200x3 (v 377.83) w/Mosaic across two of the cards, 1 card for KVM. Been using this since version 5 with no issues whatsoever, unsure where to look. Other than that, everything is running smooth capturing up to 8 signals on a Blackmagic Decklink Quad 2, NDI signals in at over 4K.
Any ideas? I'm trying to avoid totally scrapping this installation as this machine is in constant usage in productions, and other than this minor (read: major) issue, everything works as expected. We've gotten creative with mapping and are manually fading out 6 inputs at once.
