I'm starting to use LED strip to be controlled using Resolume, and I need advice about any hardware I need to use. I found a cheap PX24500 decoder with RJ45 port in a local marketplace, can I use it direct to Resolume using RJ45 cable?

No, you’ll need an Artnet interface first.

Although they’d using RJ45’s the signal used is DMX rather than Artnet.
