I've tried anything I could!

I tried making my video compatible with resolume arena 5 on windows with both quicktime and mpeg, but it still fails to recognize my videos.
I made a simple gif to test it out and I've made as far as dragging it into the desk. But instead of showing something, all I can see its a black screen, as if the video didn't quite load correctly or something. I've checked with an gif online to see if the problem was in fact my own gif, but they still did not work out.


Is there anything left I can do?

Did you encode it using the DXV3 codec?

I downloaded it tried compressing with QuickTime afterwards. I tried both dxv 3 and dxv compressor none of them worked.

How are you loading your movies?

basically I drag and drop them onto the desk. so the files shows as if it's there, but the screen continues to be black.
I couldn't load it through the composition tab

Anyway, I've sent through attachments three photos and also a little comment to help you through 'em.
All files were converted through mpeg and exported to quick time from .gif
As shown on pic 4, i had to drag and drop them onto desk for em to load because resolume itself won't read/recognize my files as available, it asks for some .avc type of vid.

Try downloading this DXV movie to see if you have any luck.

Also can you share one of your movies with us so that we can test on our end?

It worked!!
must be some problem with my converting, my files or god knows what.
I tried sending them through attatchment but the .mov extension apparently is not allowed.
I just tried converting this vj loop and I was able to do it succesfully, so I'm going to work out on my video edit skills hahahahha
