Mapping gone when adding delay to a Projector

Hi,
I had this problem during a show last friday. Unfortunately I can't reproduce the problem at home with just some computer screens.
The setup was with two projectors (Barco RLM-W6), one was connected through HDMI directly and the other one through a BlackMagic Design converter set (HDMI>SDI). The maximum signal I could get from the latter was full HD at 30hz due to the HD-SDI bandwidth limit, the first one was at 1080p 60hz. All running from a Windows 10 (1809) laptop with a Quadro p2000 graphics card, running the latest Resolume Arena 6.1.0
The projector connected using the converter set had a delay obviously so I wanted to add a delay to the first one to get them sync. But when i tried adding delay, the mapping for that projector was gone. The mapping on the other projector without added delay stayed intact.
Because of time pressure i couldn't get to the bottom of it and just accepted the delay. Nevertheless i thought I should mention it here.
Maybe someone recognizes this?
All the best,
Wieger
