How can create a Strobe effect which will flick to the beat? Strobe effect has only Frequency but it can't be matched to the beat.

I want to use this to turn layer on/off to the beat. I am currently doing this manually with ByPass layer but when it's over 1/2beat on 120bpm I feel like my fingers gonna fall of

I like the solid color with it's opacity animated to BPM, with a custom envelope.
