we have builded an installation with 9 computer , one master and 8 slave , all are drive with network an osc . I have a probleme, with no logic sometime "advenced output windows" openning with no reason.

there are some OSC command for openning it or close it ?

I drive all trigger osc with a mac in network with vezer timeline, perhaps , some false osc command inside my setup ?

Whate do you think ?

we use last version of resolume 6 .

Do you send the OSC directly from the master to every slave directly, or does a slave do relaying to another slave?

What kind of OSC messages do you send?

Hi ,

Touch osc drive Vezer on a mac

Vezer drive by network Master computer .

And master computer drive directly all slave.

I use lot of different kind of OSC message .

(master and slave are on windows10) .

I send column play trigering from touch osc over network message like this :

with CUE on vezer
/composition/columns/1/connect <1>

And I Have a touch osc telecommande who send same kind of message directly to vezer.

Using a Resolume machine to relay OSC to slaves needs careful planning, and adds some delay to the chain with every relay machine.
OSC master-slave is not a feature exactly, and the OSC output all preset is not suitable for this type of setup as it sends all available information, also multiple times in different contexts.
This could include some OSC messages for features that have not been fully implemented yet like output controls.
You'd need to set up a custom OSC shortcut preset for the addresses you'd like to relay for the best performance and expected behavior.

I'd suggest sending the OSC messages from Vezér to the machines directly, or to broadcast.

ok I try to change my osc network. I'll see what happens and if that resolves the problem.

I'ts more easy if I can just add a continu osc message for closed this windows ... any chance to know osc command ?

thx for your support

I don't think there is a message for closing the advanced output other than the one that disables the outputs entirely. As this is still a work in progress this could change any time.
What you can do is to create a custom OSC shortcut preset, and that will send only the messages you specify, if you really want relaying.

"What you can do is to create a custom OSC shortcut preset, and that will send only the messages you specify, if you really want relaying." because need more work ... and relaying is more easy to setup .

I try to send directly to all slave osc as you said , without use of master computer's driving , I have always this probleme of "advenced output windows" opening randomly ....

"What you can do is to create a custom OSC shortcut preset, and that will send only the messages you specify, if you really want relaying." ok , good idée but how I can create an OSC message for that ? I can't mapped it with osc ...

thx for your support .
