hello, i just did the version 6 upgrade and unfortunately i'm getting very glitchy (stuttering) playback, and this is just running one video at a time, no effects, and regardless of codec (old or new DXV, ProRes LT, etc). Im using a 2015 MacBook Pro 2.8ghz i7 16GB 1TB and AMD Radeon R9 M370X 2048 MB. I noticed some posts about Resolume having issues with this graphics chip, and i'm wondering if i seriously need to change my computer?! Or, is it more likely a problem with this particular version of Resolume 6? (i just starting using version 6 with this particular 6.1.1 release.
Comparatively, everything works just fine (no glitches) with this same computer, running an ancient Resolume version 3.3.2
Any help or advice appreciated, thanks!

PS: I upgraded to version 6 mostly for the NDI implementation, but have just discovered that Resolume doesn't pass audio through NDI :? I hope this will be added soon, thanks

Could you send us a recording of the glitchy playback you experience?
What is the composition and clip resolution you use?
Do you use any effects?

I think we have the same Issue on Windows 10 with Nvidia 970 GTX, some DXV3 Videos cause a massive Frame drop it jumps from 100 FPS to 8-5 FPS. I had it on 3 diffrent computers, but its not all the time, and if you stop all layers with the X button top left and restart the video sometimes it just works as it should.

I also noticed that the RAM is jumping to 99% in the DMA bar, feels like there is a memory leak somewhere.

Those videos worked perfect in all previous resolum 6 versions.

Is there a way to downgrade to the previous version?

Doesn't sound the same to me , but the memory leak is fixed in the 6.1.1 hotfix.
Check for updates in Resolume or go to our download page to get it.
