Output lag with DeckLink Quad 2

I'm very new to Resolume so please let me know if there's any more information I can provide here.
I'm having trouble with framerate drops on my outputs. I have 3 total outputs and 1 input, all coming from a Blacmagic Decklink Quad 2. My video content is various resolutions like 768x576, 3264x192, and 1200x700, all DVX 3.0 high quality. My project resolution is 5184 x 1344, and the outputs to the DeckLink are spliced up from there. The content resolutions match the resolutions of my displays. When I boot up Resolume I'm getting output frame rates of around 100fps, but then as I add content to my outputs the frame rate can drop as low as 47fps. My ideal frame rate is 59.94.
My build is a Windows 10 desktop PC running Arena 5 with a 1080 Ti, i7-7700 @4.20, and 32 GB RAM. I've tried using various VSync settings (global setting, 3D application setting, on, & off) and the frame rate never seems to change.
I'm wondering if my problem is due to splicing up the output and sending it like that to the Blackmagic card? Is it possible that my issue would be resolved by sending the one large output to the graphics card and then relying on some sort of HDMI matrix scaler to splice my different outputs up? Or is something else going wrong?
Thanks in advance for any and all help!
