Is there a way to OUTPUT fullscreen PREVIEW without the use of 2 monitors (extended desktop) ?
A scanconverter would be rediculous because the Zoom function is useless
I realise this is a retarted question, but i had to ask

NexusIntent:)
I use TWO 17" moniters at each gig. This way I can use the extended desktop mode, so I can project FULLSCREEN preview
Is there a way I can achieve the same result with just ONE moniter ?

i cant see what you are trying to do, you cannot have a fullscreen preview, and a full screen interface on only one monitor.... its like 1 + 1 = 1
could you tell us a bit more details about what you are trying to do otherwise yes... it does sound like a retarded question

what i do to get this - i have a small editing monitor (panasonic bt-s901v) which has all kinds of inputs and outputs and throughs (built for video editing workstations) and just put it next to my 17" flat panel. It's only about 11" but it does give me much better full screen preview. My s-video out from my comp goes into this, and through to an 8 way powered s-video splitter. I then just route off of this splitter to all my projectors, and dvd recorder.
Another thing you could do is get a vga -> s-video/rca converter with a vga through. I've seen these all over the place starting at about $40. Search for vga to tv converter on google. Make sure it has a vga through option to get what you're looking for, and can handle whatever resolutions you are working with.
