My Midi-map seams to be auto re-writting itself.

I have some midi signals firing of clips.
My project has been very stable for a week. But over the last couple of days, some of my clips seem to be reasigning themselves to a diferent midi key.
I.e. a clip i have assigned to tp play on 'D' will reasign itself to play on 'C4'

Any ideas?

I am using R6 v6.0.2.
The composition was made in the version (Not from another version/PC)
