active fx layer up+down

i saw in the react flash advertising some buttons to move up and down the active fx layers. is is it a plan for the future ?
That's allready possible, i'm afraid those functions are only visible when your interface is on a monitor wich has a bigger resolution then 1024x768.
The functions are however allways present in the midi note configuration panel in the preferences window.
preferences window -> midi mapping -> other notes
scroll down almost the end of the list, look for 'Move up: active effect slot' and 'Move down: active effect slot'
In the global effect slots you are able to move the fx down or up. So you can change the order in wich the fx are processed.
