Hi guys,

Here’s the situation!

I’m controlling Resolume Arena with a GrandMa2 via artnet.. everything’s works fine when I use layer one..

But, when i’m on layer 3 and I change the master level layer via the MA.. I lost signal in the projector...

Any idea?

I have a few questions:

What signal is lost? Picture or whole signal?
what is the master layer lvl you are talking about?

Hi!

I lost the HDMI signal..
On every layer section there’s a master/audio and video level..

Thanks

Not just a black picture its the whole connection?

That should not happen no matter what you do inside arena.....

Does is also happen when you controlle the same parameter via a different way (midi / osc / mouse ...)?

Well... it’s most like screen glitch at the beginning.. some blue bar.. and after that the projector lost signal.. for like 4-5 sec and the signal came back..

Not happening when I trig the clip directly with my mouse my mouse.. (not via GrandMa)

Mhm... sounds like a strange behaviour and i cant think its something arena related...

The Signal is stable for all the time no mater what you do, but when you send some specific artnet order from gMA to Arena the Signal is lost...

Is your projektor also connected to the network?
Do you have any other programms running on the System?

Can you post a Screenshot of the Artnet Signals bevour / while this happen?
(preferences / artnet / right side? )

I'll take a photo tonight before the show..

In fact, it's only happens when i trig a clip like Solid Color from the source panel in resolume..

OK.... now its a clip... in your first post it was a layer fader ?

Hunt this down till you are 100% sure what you need to do to make it crash... then we can check further options.

but as i allready said i guess its something else then arena leading to disconect...

Did you check the Signal cable with full resolution / bandwith ?
