Nvidia Pontrol Panel accidentally deleted, new one doesn't work

Hey guys wanted to check in with you maybe someone had the same experience?
I found that the 399.01 driver worked better than an update which gave me tearing so I reinstalled the drivers, and somehow in the process uninstalled the Nvidia Control Panel - and it didn't come back with the reinstall. Unfortunately the version downloaded from Microsoft Store doesn't open/is incompatible with the old driver. That means no possibility to set priority and V-sync, unless I update to a newer driver again, which will bring back the tearing.
Any ideas?
