Latency of Live feed output

Hi Team,
May we ask if we install the SDI/HDMI capture card for HD camera input, the captured output of video is there a latency. If yes what will be the minimum and maximum.
Since this will be used for Live feed and live video shoot the same output shown on the live LED wall.
