hi again,

it was stupid of me not to write what was the problem with flash files

http://www.resolume.com/forum/viewthrea ... =1#pid9209

so here we go

while I was working and practicing Resolume 2.3 I didn't have any problems with flash files but at gig that I had at Friday problem occured. First, all my flash files worked fine, but soon as I had put some video files (all render in cinepak codec) all flash files became black and I could not play it. This is the first time I have used Resolume 2.3 live at gig (before, Resolume 2.0)

Hope that information can help

aki

Hi Aki,
thanx for the additional info.
could it be that you installed the new Flash 8 player ?
More people seem to have problems with flash nowadays in resolume. But we never heard these problems before. So i will have to do some more testing.
But maybe the new Flash player is a problem as well.

Cheers
Edwin

Hi Aki,
thanx
and i wish it's not the new flash player that is causing problems.
Because then it's out of our hands.
This is one of the few times i hope I made a mistake ;-)

Not sure if it's the same prob but all my swfs went black a while ago, I sorted it anyway.

Open your FLAs (you should have kept em!) in flash and re-publush them as flash 6 or 7 .swfs. (I did them as 6 by accident I suppose 7 would be fine too)

Worked for me.
