Using Serato to trigger clips in Resolume

Hey guys,
I have recently transitioned from Serato Video to Resolume due to the more advanced and creative features. However, I also have a large stack of video clips for songs in my DJ set when I throw in the occasional commercial track. It is a shame to have these go to waste and they always worked so well in Serato video as everything was seamlessly synced. I am running both Resolume and Serato of different laptops and link them through Ableton link. My question is is it possible and how do I go about getting Serato to trigger a clip in Resolume so that I will have the same seamless syncing between the song in Serato and its corresponding video clip in Resolume. Any help greatly appreciated.
