Arena 6 problem with the audio input

Hello, I currently have a problem with Arena 6
I use an external sound card to recover the audio of my djm 900 nexus 2 and after a while the audio does not arrive in the resolume software and therefore the videos are no longer displayed on the screens.
Yet the clips continue to rotate normally.
it's just the sound that is no longer displayed in the opacity part of video settings and I am forced to restart the software for everything to work again.
I also wanted to say that I did not encounter this problem in Arena 5 and that it worked very well.
And another thing seemed odd is that the gain in opacity is not the same as in Arena 5 you must almost put it to the maximum so that it captures the external audio.
Thank you for helping me solve this problem because in full live it's annoying that all of a sudden the videos stop showing.
