Selling Avenue 6 License - legal - without possibility to upgrade to Arena - 75€

Hi,
I never used my avenue6 again.
The resolume Team confirmed that they will help to transfer the license a new shop account of the buyer....
Since I already upgraded to Arena6 it's not possible to upgrade again with this version.
Anyone?
