external OSC issues.

I'm hoping this is just user error.
TL;DR: OSC isn't triggering properly in 7, on OSX or PC, but works perfectly in 6. Furthermore, the addressing is the same on both machines, being sent from M4L plugin.
I'm trying to send my OSC messages from Ableton, and I can do this from any of three computers. All addressed properly. OSX Computer 1 or 2 fires all clips properly on computer 2 or PC computer 3. When I open 7 on computer 2 or 3, they act as if they're piano mode, with the fastest release.
I have tried new compositions, I have tried all different piano/normal trigger modes, I have tried every variable I can think of.
