Media Server Class Desktop Computer

Hi Guys,
Would appreciate for help with regards to picking my shopping list in building a Server Class grade Entry Level Media Server running on a windows platform.
CPU:
- Intel i9 / i7
- AMD Ryzen 9
Board:
- MSI Prestige X570 Creation Motherboard
- ASUS ROG Strix X570-E
GPU: - can output at-least 2/3 4K@60
- Radeon (if ever any advise on what model)
- Nvidia (if ever any advise on what model)
Any idea will be appreciated so much.
