stutter at beginning of the clip

Hello everyone
My system
Ryzen 7 2700x
RX VEGA 64
32gb 3200mhz ram
Samsung 970 EVO plus M.2 SSD
At the beginning of files that are bigger than 480p, the player stutters for a fraction of a second but long enough to take the magic away of BBM sync.
The clips I am trying to play are not 1920/1080 60fps
I do notice a drive reading spike of 11mb at the beginning of before mentioned clips.
All of the video files and Resolume are located on the SSD.
Is there a way to keep the files loaded up in the RAM, for example, this bothered me and if I am doing something wrong please let me know.
