hello dears,
i am looking for a very good case where my laptop (hp compaq nx7000 / 15" widescreen format) and a behringer BCF2000 midi-controller and some additional stuff such as power-connectors, external hdd, etc. can be inside.

i would like to play straight out of the case - so probably a case where the upper shell can be completly dispatched is a good idea.

my problem:
a) i done know if it is a good idea to put my laptop inside of the case? (what about the airflow?)
b) i would like to fix it somehow in the case, but i dont know if this is possible (at least with the midi gear) in general?
c) do you know any good / cheap case-manufacturer who is able to supply such cases in germany/eu within a week?

any help appreciated.

Try to design a bag for your laptop and bcf and then find someone who can make it, In my opinion that would be best.

I am now working on a abg for my ASUS Pundit Barebone, firewire hdd bcn44 micro keyboard, mouse and some cables.
You just nead to pull the keyboard mouse and bcn out and you are ready to go, the computer stays in the case. Use fibers like the ones for shorts to make airflow openings.

If you want I will mail you some ideas.
